  14. When the red velvet Swiss roll has cooled down completely,gently unroll it,spread the orange peel Jam onto the cake,add the whipped cream frosting and spread evenly onto the cake.Sprinkle the dessicated coconut,sprinkle the white chocolate shavings.
  15. Roll back the cake, don't roll back the parchment paper.
  16. Put on a serving plate or tray.Frost with some whipped cream,garnish with dark chocolate shavings
